When setting your goals for 2016 isn’t it just amazing how you feel when you realize you can do more, a whole lot more than what you ever thought you possibly could or would ever do?
It should not just be ‘Happy New Year’ on 1st January, 2016 you need to get out of your comfort zone and change 2016 and make it even better than 2015.
I am sure like all of us, you have had many, if not hundreds of goals to date, which no doubt will turn into thousands of goals over the course of your lifetime.
How many of them did you materialise in 2015?
You grow throughout your life and you can still keep on growing, the possibilities are endless if you make them so.
Having a happy new year is in reality a blessing in itself, but I wish for you to have the kind of year you deserve and much, much more besides.
The areas of your life are many but there are key areas that many of us wish improvement on, one being the desire for happiness. It is a basic human desire to love and be loved in return.
Then there are work orientated goals, where you don’t just want to ‘work’ but really love and enjoy what you do on a daily basis.
This obviously leads onto the goal for financial independence and with it the freedom to choose the way you live and work! You want to have the peace of mind that you have more than enough money so that you are not dependent on others.
The very essence of a goal for financial independence is having the freedom to choose, to not be in poverty or dependent on others for help especially at a time when you may otherwise need it the most.
Another key goal is in the desire for good health, being able to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Isn’t it always the case that you never know what you have until you lose it and so it is with one’s health.
The secret to anything, be it whatever goal you currently may have in your life, is PEACE OF MIND, without peace of mind there is no goal. The more peace of mind you have the better will be your life, no matter what area you are focusing on, be it health, wealth, relationships. The more peace you can find from within the better you will look and feel from the outside.
Make a resolution towards each area of your life, then take a step in each direction each and every day, no matter how small, a small step leads to another which in itself leads to motion.
As the saying goes – Do the difficult things while they are easy and do the great things while they are small. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step – Lao Tzu
With it being 5th January, 2016 make the remaining 360 days count!
For your 2016 goals here is to a fulfilling year of health, wealth, happiness and fun.
